NOCO Volleyball | Fall Small Group Training
AUGUST DATES: 8/19, 8/20, 8/26, 8/27. (1st - 4th Grade: 4:00pm - 5:00pm) (5th - 8th Grade: 5:00pm - 6:00pm)
SEPTEMBER DATES: 9/2, 9/3, 9/9, 9/10, 9/16, 9/17, 9/23, 9/24, 9/30. (1st - 4th Grade: 4:30pm - 5:30pm) (5th - 8th Grade: 5:30pm - 6:30pm)
OCTOBER DATES: 10/1, 10/7, 10/8, 10/14, 10/15, 10/21, 10/22, 10/28, 10/29. (Wednesdays 4:30pm - 5:30pm: 1st - 8th Grade, athletes will be divided by grade group)
(Thursdays 4:30pm - 5:30pm: 1st - 4th Grade, Thursdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm: 5th - 8th Grade)
AUGUST TIME: 1st - 4th grade will be from 4:00pm - 5:00pm. 5th - 8th grade will be from 5:00pm - 6:00pm.
SEPTEMBER TIME: 1st - 4th grade will be from 4:30pm - 5:30pm. 5th - 8th grade will be from5:30pm - 6:30pm.
OCTOBER TIME: Wednesdays will be 1st - 8th grade from 4:30pm - 5:30pm. Thursdays will be 1st - 4th grade from 4:30pm - 5:30pm. 5th - 8th grade from 5:30pm - 6:30pm.
GRADES: 1st - 8th grade. Athletes will be divided up be time slots and grade group.
PRICE: $30 per athlete per day.

Join our Fall Skills training series focused on developing all-around volleyball players through high-rep training in passing, serving, setting, attacking, defense, and game play to build confidence, consistency, and overall skill.
DATES: 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/11, 10/18 and 10/25.
GRADES: 4th Grade - 8th Grade (Athletes will be divided by age groups)
TIME: 2:00pm - 3:30pm
SESSIONS:
September 13th: First Touch Control (Serving & Serve Receive)
September 20th: Defense ( Blocking & Digging)
September 27th: Offense (Hitting & Serving)
October 11th: Setting & Passing (Technique & Footwork)
October 18th: Hitting & Defense
October 25th: Setting & Hitting
